This is a fast paced class hitting high intensity intervals followed by short bursts of recovery to maximise calorie burning and increased cardiovascular fitness. This is an action-packed 45 minute workout to pumping music. Ideal for the more intermediate to advanced participant. Kick start your day in the fat burning zone!
