ABOUT ME
Hi there my name is Ben. I’ve lived in beautiful Papamoa for most of my life. Up until 2019 I was extremely unmotivated and uninterested in health & fitness. So much so, that I was sitting at an unhealthy 158kg. I decided one day that enough was enough, and In 10 short months I got myself down to 71kg, losing 87kg. This accomplishment is now a huge part of who I am. It allowed me to get back into the sport I love (Football) and go on to compete at a high level. As well as inspire me to get involved in the health & fitness industry and help create positive change in others.
WHY TRAIN WITH ME
I genuinely want to help you achieve any goal possible. I’d love to share the experiences I have personally been through and help motivate you with your own fitness journey where you will gain not only understanding but also valuable knowledge along the way. I understand that exercise can be difficult and creating habits is not always simple. However, I believe that with my guidance and support you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
