  • Body Scans

    A pre and post programme body scan is included in your FIT FOR LIFE 12-week programme. A body scan gives you an in depth look at your body composition. A great educational and motivational tool for you to utilise throughout your programme.

  • Tailored Nutrition

    The Fit For Life Programme will incorporate a strategy to optimize your results in the 12 weeks (and beyond!). You will also receive meal plans, recipes and fuelling ideas to get the most of your workouts! We will be going over this in detail in the seminar on Feb 10, please make sure you secure your place.

  • Progressive Exercise Plan

    A 12-week muscular strength, endurance and conditioning plan comprised of 1 x Full Body Strength session, 1 x Conditioning session and 2 x Muscular endurance sessions weekly. You will meet with one of the team at the start, middle and end of the plan for testing. The focus of this plan is to build lean muscle mass, improve endurance & boost cardio vascular health.
