Body Scans
A pre and post programme body scan is included in your FIT FOR LIFE 12-week programme. These sots are already available for you to book in the gymmaster app under ‘book service’. A body scan gives you an in depth look at your body composition. A great educational and motivational tool for you to utilise throughout your programme.

FIT FOR LIFE Seminar
Join Jess & Registered Nutritionist Kate on day 1 week 1 for a full Fit For Life rundown! We will be going over the training plan and nutrition in detail in the seminar on Feb 10, please make sure you book to secure your place. This is also a great opportunity to meet everyone doing the programme and ask us any questions you may have.

Progressive Exercise Plan
A 12 week plan comprised of 3 x muscular strength and endurance sessions and 1 x conditioning session per week, is included in your FIT FOR LIFE programme. You will meet with one of the team at the start, middle and end of your plan for testing. The focus of this plan is to build lean muscle mass, boost cardio vascular health & improve your endurance.

Tailored Nutrition
The Fit for Life Programme will incorporate some great nutritional resources our Nutritionist Kate has put together, including high protein meal ideas, how to make balanced meals for muscle gain, training and energy, and some top swaps to help kick sugar and boost your wellbeing! Plus if you need more tailored advice, you also get 2x 30min consultation with Kate for a personalised strategy to optimize your results in the 12 weeks (and beyond!), You can book these in at any stage during the challenge here with her (but we advise perhaps at the start and midway.
