Blessed to have three years experience in the health & fitness industry, and to compete in various disciplines such as, rugby,  boxing and bodybuilding, I have developed a passion to discover  and uncover every single style there is. Through this journey I have gained (and continue to gain) extensive knowledge and techniques to take your health and fitness to the next level.

 

I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you and helping you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin. You can expect to be pushed out of your comfort zone, but in exchange, you can expect me to 100% have your back from start to finish.

I am a determined individual with a purpose to empower those who are willing to make a change for themselves physically and mentally. It is a goal of mine to be a positive role model and to express myself through what I know best; health and fitness. My biggest strengh is my adaptability and ability to connect with everyone and anyone who crosses my path.

BOXING TRAINING - Competition prep, punching techniques, pad & bag work

BODY BUILDING - Competition prep, body toning, strength training, power training, hypertrophy

CALISTHENICS - bodyweight training, push ups, explosive push ups, muscle ups, pull ups, weighted & explosive pull ups, dips, weighted dips
