About ME...MY PHILOSOPHY:

I believe that everyone deserves to be strong, fit and well.

 

For that reason I focus on getting people moving, and moving proficiently on a regular basis, making the right nutritional and lifestyle choices, which inevitably impacts on one’s overall state of vitality and wellbeing.

 

I am committed to empowering people to take positive steps towards their health and fitness goals by providing the support and tools to make positive changes, and take ownership of their own wellbeing that is sustainable.

 

With many years experience in the fitness industry, I have acquired the knowledge of different training styles and develop personalised programs tailored to suit individual needs and goals for all ages and abilities.

We were looking for something to energise our team and get them moving in our mostly sedentary office environment. Tanya introduced us to the Workplace Wellness Program, which as a 12 week program provided an achievable, goal based program that was inclusive of the whole team.  The benefits were a sense of comradery in the team, who were happier and healthie rand ultimately more productive. Tanya has a very friendly and approachable manner but also knows how to motivate and push her clients.  We enjoyed the first round so much we continued for a few more 12-week programs straight after! When I met Tanya I had had a whole lot of health issues after giving birth to triplets. I was also very low in terms of how I felt about myself, having been fairly active all my life and then suddenly gaining all this weight during pregnacy and not being able to shift it and feel like I used to. Tanya was very patient with me but also knew how to motivate and set the record straight.  Through training at home with Tanya and a personalised nutrition plan, I am feeling so much better. I have lost most of my baby weight, have come off my blood pressure medication and am feeling so much better and very optimistic.

Since May of 2018 I have been adhering to an exercise and eating programme provided by Tanya. In this time she has been in regular contact regarding my needs and progress. She is always available to speak or text regarding any questions or concerns I may have. She asks questions so she can get an insight into my routines and my eating habits to maximise the outcomes for me. She carefully customised these programmes to suit my lifestyle. I have always struggled to gain weight and before meeting Tanya I had only ever put on 1.5 kgs. In the time I have worked with Tanya I have gained 10kgs and have been overwhelmed with the results I have made on the back of her expertise.

 

I did reach a point where I couldn’t sustain the eating requirements to achieve my goal so Tanya adapted the programme to work around my budget and lifestyle. This was a huge help for me as after the gains I had made I didn’t want my goal to slip away. Tanya worked around this as she is very knowledgeable and I can be confident that with her advice I am on track to meet my goals. Tanya explains the reasons for her decisions around diet and exercise so you know exactly where you stand.
