Pilates

 

 

The pilates class flows through a series of exercises to create long, lean muscle tone, correct alignment, improve posture and core stability, and to cultivate the perfect balance between strength and flexibility. Pilates will assist you to build strength from the inside out. Suitable for a moderate level of fitness.

 

 

This is a fast paced class hitting high intensity intervals followed by short bursts of recovery to maximise calorie burning and increased cardiovascular fitness. This is an action-packed 45 minute workout to pumping music. Ideal for the more intermediate to advanced participant. Kick start your day in the fat burning zone! Short on time? HITT 30 is a 30minute session.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training

 

 

Performed in a group cycling format, spin is an excellent, fun way to decrease body fat and increase lean body mass. Participants can control their own intensity by modifying the resistance, cadence and body position. An excellent alternative for those who do not like to jog or run, or who have orthopedic limitations to weight bearing exercise. Psychological benefits include stress relief, increasing beta-endorphins and a great, fun social activity. Short on time? Spin 45 is a 45minute session.

SPIN

45-60 minutes

Pump

 

 

This class uses barbells and dumbbells to develop strength endurance and muscular conditioning. Intensity level is determined by the weights selected by each participant, so this class is suitable for beginners through to the advanced. Instructors ensure correct technique for you to gain optimum results.

 

BoxFit

 

 

Get fitter, faster and stronger with this 45min cardio workout that uses basic boxing combinations with high intensity intervals for maximum fitness and strength gains. This workout is fun, but not for the faint hearted. Great way to kick start your weekend.

Yoga

 

 

Practice the basic principles of Yoga while working through a system of physical poses to increase flexibility, strength and balance. Enhance the mind, body and soul. Working within your own body's individual limitations. Ideal for beginners to more advanced. The yoga 90 class, allows for 30min meditation.

Dance Fit

 

 

Energise your body and your mind with this fun an d upbeat dance class. Suitable for all fitness levels. This class will give you a full cardio, strength and core workout. Come and boogie with us!

Les Mills BODYBALANCE®, is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that will leave you feeling centered and calm.

 

With controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses, you’ll build strength and flexibility as you create a holistic workout, bringing the body into a state of harmony and balance.

This dynamic workout combines punch and kick combinations done to pumping music. A great high- energy class with a martial arts influence. Suitable for a general level of  fitness.

 

 

 

Come prepared to sweat. A high intensity, extreme, fun format. Great for sports specific and pre-season training. Suitable for intermediate to advanced participants.

 

Bootcamp

Low Impact Training

 

 

Improve your cardio fitness, strength and balance in this low impact circuit style class. Suitable for all participants who are recovering from injuries, returning to exercise or experiencing joint discomfort.

BUMS & TUMS

 

 

The ultimate in toning up your abdominals, butt and thighs. This class also includes a comprehensive stretching component. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

AquaFit

 

 

Aquafit classes are one of the most effective ways to improve fitness and tone muscles. Exercising in water not only provides extra resistance to work your muscles harder and get your heart pumping, it also means it’s virtually impossible to injure yourself.

 

BODYPUMP® is a weights class for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps), BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.

 

 

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX® provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX® have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.

LES MILLS GRIT® Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

 

LES MILLS GRIT® Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.
