I love to train. My goal is to show people how they can take on the physical and mental challenge that fitness brings and in turn be rewarded with a strong mind and healthy body. I have experience in a variety of different styles of training from Crossfit, through to strength training, endurance running and group fitness. I love people and my goal is to help as many people as possible to find ways to improve their lifestyle. Fitness can be accessible to all. Let me be your teacher, your motivator and your biggest supporter.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Emma. I grew up in the UK and travelled to New Zealand in 2018 on a quest to see some beautiful places. Little did I know, I would discover this hidden gem and never want to leave! I have a master’s degree in law but have followed my passion into the fitness industry.
